Joseph Allerton

Co-Founder & Chief Recruitment Officer

Joseph played for Sheffield United academy before continuing his career in the United States at Catawba College. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Sports Management.

After graduation, Joseph spent a year in Nashville, TN playing in the USL 2 before going into a director of sport role at Bolta Soccer Academy and Nashville Christian School.

Drawing on his own experience navigating the athlete pathway, Joseph is committed to providing outstanding care and support to athletes as they pursue their goals.

Joe Bennett

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Joe Bennett grew up playing at Bognor Regis Town FC and competed semi-professionally in the UK before heading to the USA to continue his athletic and academic career. He spent a year at Muskegon Community College in Michigan before transferring to Catawba College, NC for his final three years. Joe achieved both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in his time in the USA.

Since graduating, Joe has worked with the North Carolina High School Athletic Association as an Associate Match Official Manager and currently holds a position with DS Sports in Orlando as an operations and development associate, helping him to achieve outstanding knowledge and connections within the US Sports Industry.

Tom Savigar

Co-Founder & Chief Placement Officer

Tom started his youth career at Plymouth Argyle, before a two-year scholarship at Newport County. After leaving Newport at 18, Tom had a gap year before deciding to take the opportunity to move to the United States to play collegiately and study at Catawba College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Since his graduation in the US, Tom earned a Master’s degree in High Performance in Sports Coaching and his UEFA B license. Tom has also begun a coaching career with professional clubs in the UK, bringing valuable insight and experience to athlete development and career progression.
