We will officially welcome you to the Complete Athlete family and create your personalised profile. This includes an athletic profile that we can show coaches across the US, and an academic profile that all colleges will need to look at before offering you a scholarship.
Highlight videos are the best way to reach out to coaches and show them your athletic ability. We can assist in the creation process with our video analyst or review your own in order to have the best possible video, alongside full game footage.

Testing preparation and ensuring you are ready for a style exam that is very different to the ones you will have taken in the UK. We can help with connecting you with tutors and organisation of your exam date.
University visits are not essential but can be great ways to meet potential teammates and start to build connections before starting your collegiate career. We can help you navigate official and unofficial visits, maximising this experience, for you.
Evaluating your offers with you and family before making your final decision to ensure you choose the best fit for you. From there we can help you understand the offers and commitments you receive. Our ultimate goal is to find the best all-round package for you.
Once you’ve had an official offer you will have to complete a university application to receive your official in order to be fully enrolled, in addition you will need to obtained an F1 student visa from the US embassy, both processes will be guided through by our team.

We can help you to gain opportunities to play in the USL 2 summer league in the US, along with career and internship guidance and opportunities that are tailored for your specific collegiate needs and/or interests.
We build tailored matches between players and programmes by sending targeted footage, honest assessments, and complete player profiles to U.S. coaches. Every introduction is made with purpose - aligning the right athlete with the right environment.

Unlike some “free” services, where revenue is generated through tours, trials and showcase events, our focus is simple:

By prioritising scholarship opportunities, we aim to keep more money in families’ pockets while helping athletes make the most of their college experience.
The initial fee activates the athlete’s recruitment process with Complete Athlete Management and allows our team to begin working directly with the player. Once the initial fee is received, we start building the athlete’s recruitment profile by collecting match footage, performance information, and background details necessary to present the player to college coaches.
During this stage, we begin creating the athlete’s professional highlight reel and developing their 99 Rated player profile, which provides a detailed overview of the athlete including playing history, statistics, performance data, and development insights. This profile allows college coaches to quickly evaluate the athlete and understand their potential.
The initial fee also includes a signed agreement that authorizes Complete Athlete Management to represent the athlete during the recruitment process. This allows our team to communicate directly with college coaches, share the athlete’s video and performance data with college programs, and begin building relationships with coaches on the athlete’s behalf.
This stage lays the foundation for the athlete’s recruitment journey and ensures they are professionally prepared before being presented to college programs.
The recruitment fee is only payable once an athlete receives an official offer from a college program. This fee reflects the successful outcome of the recruitment process and represents the work completed by Complete Athlete Management in helping the athlete reach the collegiate level.
Throughout the recruitment journey, our team works closely with the athlete to build their recruitment profile, develop their highlight video, present their performance data to college coaches, and communicate directly with programs on the athlete’s behalf. The recruitment fee is therefore only triggered once these efforts result in a tangible opportunity for the athlete to continue their athletic and academic career at the college level.
This stage also includes the formal agreement between the athlete and Complete Athlete Management, outlining the terms of representation and confirming our role in guiding and supporting the athlete throughout the recruitment process. While we provide professional guidance and representation, future performance, playing time, injuries, or personal experiences within a college program cannot be guaranteed.
For many athletes, receiving a college offer represents the culmination of years of dedication and hard work, and the recruitment fee reflects the achievement of that milestone and the successful outcome of the recruitment journey.
The Complete Athlete subscription provides athletes with ongoing support throughout their recruitment journey and ensures they are continually developing both on and off the field. This monthly program is designed to help athletes maximize their potential while preparing for the demands of collegiate athletics.
Through the Complete Athlete program, players receive structured guidance in areas such as performance development, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recruitment preparation. Athletes also benefit from continued profile updates, performance tracking, and communication with our team as we work to present them to the most suitable college programs.
Every athlete who enters the Complete Athlete Management recruitment process will receive their first semester of the Complete Athlete subscription free of charge, ensuring they begin their journey with the tools, guidance, and support needed to build a strong foundation for college recruitment.
This subscription ensures that athletes are not only being promoted to college coaches but are also consistently improving and preparing for the next level of competition.
